Here's a fun little Sunday surprise for all of you peeps who just love to salvage and re-purpose items into fun things for your home, office or studio! This week in my salvaging excursions, I found this fabulous little lamp shade in the shape of a Lotus flower, which is one of my favorite flowers btw!
It only took me a few moments before I realized I could turn it upside and use the brackets, that were meant to fit around a light bulb, to hold my business cards in my studio. How exciting!
Here is how it looks with my high school senior business cards placed in the holder. I think it would look great holding a postcard from a special trip or adorable in a little girl's room holding a fun portrait or picture of some flowers. The ideas are endless...
